At 3kW, the machine offers the industry’s largest single-diode module size. Unlike other machines, there is no diode module beam combiner, thus improving reliability and increasing machine uptime.
The B3.ATA press brake has been upgraded with numerous automated devices that make it adaptive and able to react to different materials and products while also offering entirely autonomous operation, in accordance with Salvagnini’s Industry 4.0 concept. Its application reaches from standalone machine to an integrated part of the Salvagnini FMC FlexCell, like for example in a configuration with a L5 fiber laser cutting system and P2lean panel bender.
The new SUPER TURBO-X 3015 Fiber series is the latest generation of Mazak’s highly popular SUPER TURBO-X lasers, which have sold more than 4,000 machines in Europe since 1990. Until now, the SUPER TURBO-X has always been a CO2 laser, but the latest machine utilises fibre laser technology to deliver faster cutting times and lower running costs.

Simufact launched the product novelties at this year’s EuroBLECH in Hanover. Besides the releases of the known product versions Simufact Forming for forming simulation and Simufact Welding for welding simulation, they also announced the launch of Simufact Additive, a groundbreaking new software solution for the simulation of metal additive manufacturing processes.
