Mazak has many options when it comes to turning centers with Multi-Tasking capabilities. Two such machine series, Mazak’s MULTIPLEX Series and HQR Series, accomplish this in different ways.
Renishaw will be exhibiting its extensive range of metrology equipment at Control 2017 which takes place in Stuttgart, Germany, from 9 – 12 May 2017. Products highlighted in hall 4, stand 4304, will include a new surface finish probe for co-ordinate measuring machines (CMMs), new software for the Equator™ flexible gauge which allows users to fully integrate the system with CNC machine tools, and a new high productivity machining cell concept that demonstrates the power of integrating measurement technologies within a manufacturing process.
At WMTS 2017, Mazak Canada will demonstrate how the QTN 450M turning center with Multi-Tasking DONE IN ONE® capabilities boosts productivity and reduces cycle times for large-diameter, shaft-type part manufacturing in industries such as oil and gas. The company will also run simulations of its MAZATROL SmoothX CNC, the industry’s fastest most progressive machine tool control, in booth 213 during the show that takes place June 6-8 in Edmonton, Alberta.
At PMTS 2017, taking place April 25 – 27 in Columbus, Ohio, Mazak will showcase several machining solutions that enable shops to cost effectively achieve huge gains in productivity. In booth 349, the company will feature its new QUICK TURN PRIMOS 100, QUICK TURN UNIVERSAL (QTU) 200MSY and VC-500A5X machine models, each with a different level of CNC control technology and able to easily process wide varieties of parts.
At HOUSTEX 2017 VERICUT version 8 will be featured in CGTech’s booth. VERICUT simulates all types of CNC machining, including drilling and trimming of composite parts, water jet, riveting, robots, mill/turn and parallel kinematics. The software operates independently, but can also be integrated with leading CAM systems.
