The X4 PCBN insert features a strong solid-carbide body structure, four cutting edges and a highly stable clamp design that results in reliable, cost-effective parts production. In addition to its circlip grooving capabilities in unstable conditions, the insert performs accurate 6TPI threading operations.

In testing, the X4 PCBN outperformed similar competitive products, lasting up to three times longer in unstable machining conditions.

Available in right- and left-handed versions, the X4 PCBN insert has an ISO standard circlip width of 2.15 mm. For more information on the X4 PCBN.
