From its range of over 230 models, the company will exhibit a wide selection of CNC turning centres, vertical and horizontal machining centres, multi-tasking machines and laser cutting machines.
The combination of laser and metal cutting machine tools means Mazak customers are able to access cutting technology for diverse solutions in solid, sheet and profile applications from just one supplier. Also under the spotlight will be Mazak’s range of automation systems and the latest MAZATROL CNC and software products, all designed to offer customers a complete solution for intelligent production.
The machines to be displayed have been manufactured across a number of Mazak’s global manufacturing sites including Japan, the United Kingdom and Singapore and will include the latest new INTEGREX and VARIAXIS models, including three exciting new large multi-tasking machines. There will also be additional new models available with Siemens SINUMERIK control, enabling customers to access Mazak technology even if their production facilities have standardised on Siemens CNC.
The central theme, “make [it] better”, highlights the fact that Mazak offers not just machine tools but complete solutions enabling step changes in manufacturing capability. The company aims to demonstrate how manufacturers can improve machine uptime and production efficiency through the life of their machine, by adopting a more holistic approach. Mazak’s network of thirteen Technology Centres in Europe, with four in Germany, provides convenient local support, to help users maximise the benefits of their machines through the entire machine life, from initial purchase through to running production.Source Yamazaki Mazak
